- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: €12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.
Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Process
- Check Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. Please note that some products are not eligible for returns (see below).
- Contact Us: Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents. Ensure the item is in perfect condition.

Refund
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The amount will be credited to the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Biberons et accessoires d’allaitement (Bottles and breastfeeding accessories)
- Bavoirs (Bibs)
